These empty-nesters figured out exactly what they needed to retire in style! Ship lap, heart pine floors, and custom light fixtures gave her the cottage-like feel she was looking for . . . with the ability to entertain on a huge screen deck with outdoor kitchen and fireplace. An attached double carport leading to an enourmous mud room provides everything needed for messy grandchildren and pets. A finished basement, complete with a half bath and potting shed overlooks their brand new pond and dock (please excuse the color, we will add updated photos once the mud settles).
