You walk into the house through doors and windows of leaded glass. In the foyer you are struck by the beautiful curved staircases framed with sconces and mirrors. As your eyes travel up, you see the exquisite detailing on the ceiling and the huge chandelier. Mini balconies, pocket doors with unique and custom designs and the peacock leaded glass pocket doors that lead you into the main living or entertaining area complete the scene.

To your right is the two-story library with a spiral staircase to the second level. The upper level has two balconies where you can take a break and enjoy the view.  The library is wired to have two  computers on either side hidden away behind closed doors plus a comfortable sitting area before a large fireplace and a wet bar in one corner. The hall in the rear leads to a powder room, coat closet, and cleaning closet.

To the left is a large dining room with accent lighting in the two built-in wall units. A beautiful hand detailed accent wall houses a fireplace, copper coffered ceilings and two chandeliers which add even more elegance to the room. A turret in the corner can be set up for additional room for table and chairs. The back kitchen and laundry adjoin to the turret. The elevator is just outside the dining room. Another powder room is down the hall with closets and a staircase leading to the lower levels.

The kitchen and great room are all open concept with a large table, seating areas, coffee bar, a multiple computers desk along the wall for all the gamers. The third floor opens into a hall.  To your left is a game room big enough for pool table, card table, or whatever your pleasure. The cafe has a bar, fireplace and a snack bar to the left of the foyer. The theatre has 21 seats, elegantly appointed with red curtain. It has two entries and an emergency rear exit through the Tiffany store. The coffered starlight ceiling is phenomenal.

Down the mirrored and stained glass chandeliered hallway to the left are two bathrooms decorated in keeping with the theatre theme. A sitting room is across the hall with an adjoining bathroom, sink and tub connecting to a bedroom still in progress. The guest villa is ranch style with a gated courtyard and fountain and is 6000 square feet with 3 and a half baths all with granite countertops, three bedrooms, dining room, a huge great room with a black and white tiled fountain and two white marbled fireplaces.  A dehumidifying unit was also installed at the same time to keep the room dry.  Thirteen skylights with leaded glass designs at ceiling level allow plenty of light and beauty. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom stained cabinets and wine racks on either side of the granite fireplace for ambience and warmth.  The office has wood coffered ceiling, judges paneling, and built-in bookcases, granite desktop and leaded windows.  The master suite at the other end of the house has a fireplace, built­ in wall unit, kitchenette, laundry, bathroom, and five closets to die for.  A sauna is next to the steam shower and has a sunken Jacuzzi tub surrounded by leaded glass windows and beautiful gold curtains for privacy. The four car garage has white cabinets and a Murphy bed. There is an elevator and stairs to a storm shelter with outside door. A backup generator operates the entire house in case of a power outage. There is a large yard and kennel area for dogs as well as play yard for children.  A swimming pool and patio have access from all the bedrooms, great room, and kitchen. The cabana in the back has a fireplace, 8-person hot tub, television, fridge and six sets of French doors and a ceiling fan for ventilation in the summer. There are retractable invisible screens but they have never been needed.

The Stables & Equestrian Facilities

The stable has fourteen possible stalls - some walls knocked down to make larger stalls, a bathing stall, and attached riding ring. The stable has an office, bathroom, a shower, laundry, and kitchen areas.  Next to the riding ring are five outside stalls with a wall and roof. There are multiple fenced pastures for livestock.
