We are full-time REALTORS at Coastal Premier Properties in San Dieo County.  Our office is in Del Mar, on Camino Del Mar in the village, although Coastal Premier Properties also has offices in Carmel Valley-San Diego, La Costa in Carlsbad, 4S Ranch in Rancho Bernardo, San Marcos and Scripps Ranch.  We focus our business in the north county coastal areas but we work all over north county and San Diego.  On occasion, we even help clients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Before becoming a REALTOR, Kevin practiced law for several years as a real estate attorney in New York City.  His training, education and experience as an attorney help him every day to understand complex issues, identify and avoid problems while putting together creative, positive solutions, and most importantly, how best to help and protect his client's interests.  Diane's background is in the investment banking and legal field as a elite-level executive assistant, and she knows how to solve problems and get deals closed.  She has lots of talents, many of whih are called upon during the escrow process, including making the papaerwork easy, recommending design, decorating and remodeling choices, to making sure that things run smoothly and - always ensuring that the client's needs are met.
