Born and raised in the beautiful country of Panama, Noris Roche grew up with a deep appreciation of nature that still inspires her today. While in Panama, Noris studied Business Administration and later Computer Systems, a combination that led to a 20+ year career with Sprint Wireless as a Technical Engineer in Telecommunications. Married for 38 years to Lionel Roche, with whom she has 4 children, they would later relocate to the Ocala area in 2005. Still residing here today, Noris and Lionel also share their home with Luna, their loving 7 year old Siberian Husky!

A bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish and a REALTOR® since 2019, Noris has built her professional services around several core values– dedication, communication, determination, and trust. A natural in the real estate industry, Noris has already received several awards during her first few years as an agent, including Rookie of The Year in 2020 and a 2020 Quarterly Award in Sales during COVID. Seeing the joy of her customers and helping them find the perfect property for their needs is one of her favorite aspects of the real estate experience, and keeps her inspired to continue to help others meet their real estate goals. She also enjoys showing her customers discover the beauty of Ocala and its horse country. 

In addition to her talent in real estate, Noris is also a State of Florida Notary Public and Remote Notary. In 2021, she is also participating in the Leadership Academy to further develop her leadership skills and business. 

When not focused on real estate, Noris can often be found enjoying the great outdoors. She especially enjoys the smell of fresh air and sound of birdsong, and can often be found enjoying Florida’s many beaches or horseback riding. A member of the Ocala Triathlete Club, she’s previously completed the 2017 Ironman 70.3.
